SEOUL – A military spokesman said that the United States plans to deploy two missile-interceptor ships from South Korea on Monday, just days ahead of a North Korean rocket launch that is seen by many as a test of its longest-range missile. It is unlikely that the U.S. intends to actually shoot down the rocket, the deployment is widely seen as more of a precaution.
