Castro Blames Mexico For Swine Flu Outbreak – But Is He Wrong?

Hours after confirming Cuba’s first swine flu case, Fidel Castro has accused Mexico of hiding the epidemic until after President Obama’s visit to the country. But is he wrong?

It is believed by many that Mexico is not where the first recorded cases of A(H1N1) occurred. H1N1 is now commonly referred to as Swine Flu. The first cases were reported in the United States, as early as 2007. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reportedly has these numbers and had been tracking the virus for more than a year throughout the United States.

It reportedly has a compilation of cases in most of the 50 states that dates all the way back to 2007. According to some, if you don’t read various medical journals, you would never know about this. Are some in the medical profession knowing but not challenging the the massive swine flu deception of the public that’s reportedly currently taking place?

According to one report: “May 17, 2008, 39,827 influenza viruses were reported to the CDC, 2,175 (5%) were reported as A(H1N1).
